Farm to Food Truck
The Start…
The two-person crew behind the farm, Matt Coder & Joel Hannold, purchased a food trailer over the winter. Little did they know, the trailer needed a lot more work than what met the eye. It took a lot of time and dedication, but they basically rebuilt the entire thing from the ground up.
Joel is a farmer, yes, but he’s also a classically trained chef. He studied in Thailand at Le Cordon Bleu and has a passion for Southeast Asian cuisine, with a bit of a French flair. It’s been a lifelong dream of his to own a food truck. It’s been wonderful to see that dream come to fruition.
Discover Our Menu
Our goal is to use the vegetables we grow on our farm in our dishes whenever possible.
We currently have a Thai-style lunch menu which includes things like a red curry pork bowl, a chicken “nam tok” cucumber salad bowl, and Thai turkey meatballs.
Our breakfast menu currently offers two types of breakfast sandwiches and our super popular quiche.
We are always expanding our menu and it changes seasonally.
